        Any item that needs returned for any reason must be issued an RA#. Do not return an item before contacting us at (270)395-7611 or by e-mail at We will take care of any issue you have! Failure to contact us prior to returning any item leaves you no guarantee that you will get a refund/credit. We will give you instructions on the proper way to return an item so please contact us!


        All major credit cards are accepted as well as Paypal. Local pickup is available and cash/check will be accepted. All out of town checks must be cleared with the bank.  Sales tax will not be charged unless you are a KY resident.  KY residents will be charged 6% sales tax.


        Wheels will be shipped with either UPS or FedEx. Wheel and tire packages will be shipped UPS or FedEx freight. Items purchased with credit card must be shipped to the billing address or a business address. All Paypal orders must be shipped to a confirmed Paypal address or a business address. Please check all shipments before signing for them to make sure there is no damage from shipping. If there is damage, alert the driver and make sure they make note of it. Accept the package after they make a note of the damage and let us know immediately and we will start a damage claim. Custom Automotive is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, but we will help you to get it corrected. PLEASE do not make arrangements to have anything installed until you receive all items. Custom Automotive is not responsible for any costs incurred from items not arriving on time.

    Warranty Issue:

         If you have what you think is a warranty issue please contact us directly and we will help you through it! Call us or refer to specific tire/wheel companies websites for warranty information. All merchandise sold comes with the full manufacturer warranty extended to the purchaser. There is no additional warranty of merchandise provided by Custom Automotive beyond what is covered by the manufacturer. Custom Automotive is not responsible for merchandise that the manufacturer refuses to cover under warranty or any expenses related to the time it takes the manufacturer to handle a warranty claim.

     Receiving damaged, missing, or defective parts:

          Inspect all packages before signing for them. If there is any damage please make the delivery driver aware and make sure they make note of it. Pictures do help in the claim process. Accept the package, contact us, and we will start a damage claim. Damaged items need to be secured in original packaging and we will arrange for a pickup and return.

          If you receive an item that is defective or is the wrong part altogether call us as soon as possible and we will get it corrected. You will be sent the correct part and we will arrange for the original to be returned. Test fit all wheels on your vehicle prior to mounting tires on them to ensure that nothing was boxed wrong, such as a wheel with incorrect bolt pattern, and make sure that brake clearance is ok. It is much easier to return a wheel that was boxed wrong or doesn’t fit correctly if it hasn’t been mounted! We take extra steps to guarantee that you get the correct part in perfect condition the first time but mistakes can happen!

         When you receive your shipment, open all boxes and make sure that all items are there. If anything is missing (such as caps, lug nuts, valve stems, etc.) that you were supposed to receive, call us immediately and report the issue. We will get it corrected! Some special order items may be coming from more than one location in which you may get part of the order another day. You should be informed beforehand if the parts will be shipped from more than one location.

          If you just decide you don’t want an item or want to return it for any other reason we allow a 30 day return period from the date you received the item. All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer as well as a 15% restocking fee! The parts must be unused and undamaged. Tire/wheel combos that you received premounted cannot be returned. Special order items are not returnable. Tires that have been run on and wheels that have been mounted are not returnable. We will inspect all returned items before issuing credit!

Backordered Items:

           Items that have been backordered may not be available to you for a considerable amount of time.  If an item you order is on backorder, you will have three options.

          1.    You may receive a full refund for the item.

          2.    You may choose to change to a different item.

          3.    Although this is not recommended, you may choose to wait until the backordered item arrives.

If for some reason an item you order is on backorder, you will be notified immediately and it will be completely up to you how to proceed.  We will not try to trick you into buying something you don't want and we will not charge you any fees or hold your money for any amount of time.  You may receive full refund if you choose and are not obligated to any further purchases.  If you want to avoid this possible scenario then just contact us through the message system onsite or call us and we will be happy to check on the inventory levels of the items you are interested in.
