New Blog coming...

Many have asked me to start a blog to write about different things relating to wheels and tires and share some of our experiences in the shop. I finally gave in and decided to give the blogging world a go! You can visit the blog here and I'm going to do my best to update it with new posts every other week or so!

Summer Heat...Check your tires!
It's getting hot out there! We get three times as many vehicles in with blowouts when the temperature exceeds 90 degrees. Rubber softens up, deteriorates, and older tires that have a considerable amount of dry cracking can come apart under these conditions. Low air pressure and heavy loads add to this problem by causing the tire to flex more under the rim, which creates friction in the rubber and therefore even more heat. Check your air pressure, check your tires for dry cracking, and pull over every now and then and give your tires a chance to cool down if you're traveling long distances in extreme heat. Safety first!

We will continue to provide you with the same top notch customer service that has got us to where we are today. The feedback we have been getting from our online customers is amazing and we are so thankful for each and every one of you! -Dustin
